What types of jobs are offered?
Full time, part time, evening, daytime, weekend, holiday, virtual, tutoring, and travel jobs.
What kind of availability do I need to have?

You make your own schedule and work where and when you want!

Where are we hiring?

We are always hiring! Please fill out the request for an interview and we will keep you updated with interviews in your area (as well as virtual interviews).

What do I have to do to join the TEAM?
  1. Complete the “Become a Sitter” form on our website
  2. Attend a company information session. 
  3. Complete application documents, drug test, background check and CPR certification.
  4. Start working!
What if I do not have a drug test, background check or CPR certification?

We will assist you in getting you the information on how to complete these.

Am I a fit for The Babysitting Company?

We are looking for responsible, energetic, creative, helpful and professional sitters to join our company. We hold ourselves and our clients to the highest standards.

What happens if I miss my interview/ do not show up?

If you miss or do not show up to your interview (and you do not give ample warning/ notice) you will not be eligible to reschedule for another time. Since you did not call to say that you would not make the interview, we will not be confident in hiring you that you would just not show up for a job. Working together is based on trust and communication.
