Am I a good fit for The Babysitting Company?
We are looking for responsible, energetic, creative, helpful and professional sitters to join our company. We hold ourselves, sitters and clients to the highest standards.

Hiring Criteria: Childcare experience, 18 years old, verified professional references, CPR certification, be willng to submit background check and drug test, a non-smoker, and speak fluent English.
What happens if I miss my interview/ do not show up?
If you miss or do not show up to your interview (and you do not give ample warning/ notice) you will not be eligible to reschedule for another time. Since you did not call to say that you would not make the interview, we will not be confident that the same thing would not happen on a job. Working together is based on trust, communication and time management.
