Your Sitter
Once your sitter is chosen, you will receive their full profile which will include their name, contact information, biography and photo. We work carefully with clients and sitters to make matches where all parties are happy.

Our Availability
To meet your varying needs, sitters can be available any time of the day or night, for as many hours, days or weeks as required. We are also able to accommodate last-minute and special requests. A 4 hour minimum applies to all on site reservations.

The Babysitting Company takes meticulous measures to ensure your sitter experience is flawless. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your sitter at any point during the reservation, please call The Babysitting Company immediately and alternative arrangements will be made to meet your satisfaction.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
The first hour of each individual service and booking fee(s)/ agency fee(s)/ additional fee(s) are charged upon confirmation. The deposit (and all future billing) is not refundable and not transferable for any day, time or reason.
We strictly enforce a 72 hour cancellation policy for reservations with a la carte booking fees and special circumstances including groups, multiple sitters, multiple families, holidays, special events, special rates, last minute, after hours, early/late starts, overnights, out of area services, travel and all holidays (New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day (after 4pm), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, First Night of Passover, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween (after 4pm), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (after 4pm), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (after 4pm)*).
*Members receive a special 48 hour cancellation window. Standard reservations only.
If a reservation is canceled or modified with less than the required notice, the full remaining balance of the scheduled hours will be charged to the credit card on file. All cancellations and modifications must be made by speaking directly with the babysitting company or by leaving a time stamped voicemail; requests made by text message, directly with sitters, or by email outside of business hours will not be honored. Modifications made within 24 hours of a reservation or after business hours will incur an additional fee.
